Cumucore, along with Qualcomm, Node-H, DNA, and Askey, successfully demonstrated Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) over 5G. This marks the first public 5G TSN demonstration using commercial components, paving the way for reliable and synchronised industrial wireless communication. The next step is real-world use case integration, with initial deployments focusing on high-value applications like welding robots.
Besides, Osnabrück and Chemnitz universities led another demonstration, featuring Cumucore’s technology, validating its robustness and flexibility across environments.
